Registration and Job Placement | Get Started - Follow these Steps!

To become an Employment Resource Center employee, here is all you have to do:

Step One: Complete the Employment Resource online application by clicking on the e-Application link in the left-side menu.

If available, you may email your resumé to: info@ercstaffing.com

Step Two: We will review your application.  After reviewing your application we will be contacting you to schedule an interview. If you have not been contacted in 14 days we are not considering you for employment.

Step Three: Arrive on time to your appointment and remember to bring your recent work history and/or resumé (if you have one) as well as two (2) forms of identification necessary to meet I–9 standards. (Examples are a valid Minnesota drivers license, a US Passport, Social Security card, your birth certificate).

Step Four: Interview with an Employment Resources consultant.

When finished with your interview, if you qualify, you'll be ready to go to work immediately.
