Q: What do I need to do to get started with Employment Resource Center?

A: Just call or email us and tell us what staffing needs you are looking for. One of our staff will walk you through the process and get you started.

Q: What is your hour requirement to send an employee out to a job site?

A: While most other companies require six or eight hour shifts, we only require a four-hour minimum shift per employee.

Q: Do you offer temp-to-hire positions and what is your fee requirement to hire them?

A: Yes, we do! Most companies will ask for a 90-day minimum requirement, ERC only has a 320 hour minimum requirement with no other hidden fees.

Q: Are the employees covered under your insurance policy or mine?

A: We can provide you with a Certificate of Liability. We are able to hire positions for Higher Work Comp Area’s, mainly in the Construction Field.

Q: Do you provide Safety Gear for your employees?

A: We give out all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on job requirements for each of our employee’s - at no additional expense to you!

Q: What is Payrolling Services and how can that help my business?

A: Payrolling service is a convenient way for you to utilize the expertise of employees without having to worry about the administrative details. Employment Resource Center will hire the individual and perform all of the employer payrolling functions and fulfill the legal obligations of the employer including: payroll, payroll deductions, State and Federal Unemployment Insurance, and Worker's Compensation. We use a simple invoicing process for your convenience with little or no paperwork.

Q: What are your office hours?

A: Employment Resource Center is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., however, we are available on a 24 hour/7 days-a-week on-call basis. No other staffing service in our area is open as early as we are or are available on a 24/7 on-call basis.
